Ten Minutes:
A. Introduction
“Hi! This is teacher (name) from(Academy).”
“ I'm calling for the Level Test.”
“How are you today?” ...“Good to know that” / “ I hope you get well soon.”
“Is it a good time to talk?”
YES - “Great, This will only take a few minutes. Were you expecting my call?” “Good.”
NO - “Oh I understand. What time shall I call you back today? May I call you back tomorrow at (time)?”
B. Getting to know more about the Prospect
b.1 English Name - “Do you have an English Name?”
YES - “What is your English Name?”
NO – “Would you like an English Name?”
YES - “How about (name suggestions)?”. “ Good choice.”.
Be ready with at least 5 nice Female & Male Suggestions.
b.2 Age – Be careful and polite when you ask this question. Refrain from “ How old are you's”
“Can I ask your age? .”Your International age?”
“Thank you. You sound so adorable/sweet.”
b.3 Occupation
“You say you are 38 (example)So I assumed you are already a professional?”
“Are you working?”
“ Wow, that is a very nice/cool job.” “Wow, that's Interesting.”
*** If the prospect was able to answer this part, It means that they
belong to the Middle Beginner Level.
*** If the prospect is unable to answer, He/she is quiet or shy,
DO NOT ask a question from another question.
Proceed to Closing and note the prospect as Low Beginner.
b.4 Reason for Studying English
“May I know if you tried Phone English before?”
“May I know if you've had Online English experience?”
“Good. I see.”
“Why do you want to study English?”
* High Beginner and Advanced
“I would like to know how you first became interested in learning English. “
“When did you start studying it?”
“Tell me about how you first learned this language and how you are learning it.”

Tell about a person you admire who had influence on your life. What specific characteristics do you admire in this person and in what ways has he or she influenced you? 6.
