Korean Trap! /

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.

❌ I was rejected from the company.
✅ I was rejected by the company.

"rejected from"은 "I was rejected from the program(프로그램에서 탈락했다)"처럼 장소나 과정에서 제외될 때 쓰이므로, 회사나 사람이 주체일 때는 반드시 by를 써야 합니다.
