One of the main purposes of having a hobby is to kill time. The great
developments in science and technology give us more free time to enjoy ourselves.
But people who don’t know how to spend their weekends are under stress. So
having a hobby has become a duty in modern society. But problems arise when
people seek expensive hobbies to show off their wealth rather than because they
have a personal interest in something. This contributes to souring the relationship
between the haves and have-nots.
