Every year, Mr. Turner has a visitor. His visitor is not a person. It is a turtle!
Ten years ago, Mr. Turner planted corn in his garden. A turtle came out of the woods. Mr. Turner gave it some corn to eat and the turtle went back into the woods. Every year since then, the same turtle has come back when the corn is ripe.
Mr. Turner always gives the turtle corn to eat. He likes his visitor ? the turtle he sees once a year.
