These qualities may have been already mentioned on your resume. And so this would not be difficult. Qualities like persistence, loyalty, strong work ethic, strong communication skills, results orientation, team player and creativity are all impressive qualities for an employer in a work environment.

한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "저의 장점은 책임감입니다"처럼 단어 하나로 간결하게 말하지만, 영어에서는 "responsibility"만 단독으로 쓰면 품질(quality)이 아닌 업무 자체(책임, 의무)로 들릴 수 있습니다. 면접에서 자신의 강점을 어필할 때는 "a strong sense of responsibility"처럼 구체적인 표현을 사용해야 자연스럽고 설득력 있게 전달됩니다.
한국어 "열정적인 성격"을 영어로 옮길 때 명사 "passion"을 그대로 형용사 자리에 넣는 실수가 매우 흔합니다. 영어에서 명사가 다른 명사를 수식할 수 있지만, "passion personality"는 자연스럽지 않습니다. 성격이나 자질을 설명할 때는 반드시 형용사형 "passionate"를 사용하세요.
