Tell me about a big challenge or difficulty you've faced. How did you deal with it?Prepare a number of relevant examples and explain one (two or three if they're punchy and going down well).
Make sure you feature as the instigator, or the factor that made the difference. Examples must lead to significant organisational benefits; making money, saving money/time, improving quality, anticipating or creatively solving problems, winning/keeping customers, improving efficiency.
Can expose emotional raw nerves or sensitivities. Opportunity to show proof of being able to achieve results in the face of difficulty. Is this person actually experienced, are they just saying they are.

한국어로 "열심히 해서 결국 성공했습니다"라고 말하는 것이 자연스럽지만, 영어 면접에서는 구체적으로 어떤 행동을 취했는지 설명해야 합니다. "tried hard"처럼 막연한 표현 대신, 본인이 실제로 한 구체적인 행동(renegotiated, reorganized, proposed 등)과 측정 가능한 결과(saved 15%, reduced time by half 등)를 함께 말해야 설득력이 있습니다.
