Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
❌ "My strength is I am effort."
✅ "My strength is that I am hard-working."
한국어 '노력'을 그대로 영어로 옮겨 "I am effort"라고 하는 경우가 많습니다. 'effort'는 명사이기 때문에 사람의 성격을 설명하는 형용사로 쓸 수 없습니다. 면접에서 자신의 강점을 말할 때는 "I am hard-working" 또는 "I am diligent"처럼 형용사를 사용해야 자연스럽습니다.
