EDGAR'S ERRANDEvery evening, Edgar took a seat at his desk. It was made of real oak. It had deep drawers. He filled them with files. His computer fit on his desk. Edgar used it to keep track of his work.Edgar sat at his desk after he had eaten his evening meal. He sipped his tea and made a list. It was a list of errands for the next day. It helped him get things done. Edgar made his list before he went to sleep. He had to get up early to get the day started.Edgar had a son named Lee. Some of the items on the list were for Lee. Lee helped Edgar. Edgar could not do all the work by himself. He needed a good helper like Lee. Lee was a great cook too! For breakfast he fixed eggs, toast, and a pot of coffee.
