Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.

❌ "I feed food to animals."
✅ "I feed the animals."

한국어에서는 "동물에게 먹이를 주다"라고 표현하기 때문에, 영어로도 'feed food'라고 중복해서 쓰는 실수를 자주 합니다. 영어에서 'feed'는 이미 '먹이를 주다'라는 뜻을 포함하고 있어서 'feed the animals'만으로 충분합니다. 꼭 먹이 종류를 말하고 싶다면 "I feed meat to the animals" 또는 "I feed the animals meat"처럼 쓰세요.
