Present Continuous and Simple Present (I am doing and I do)
A. Present Continuous (I am doing)
We use the present continuous for something that is happening at or around the time of speaking. The action is not finished.I AM DOING

Usually we say "I always do something" (= I do it every time)You're always -ing = means that you do something very often, more often that the speaker thinks is normal or reasonable.Example:
1. I always go to work by car.

3. You're always watching TV. You should do something more active.
4. John is never satisfied. He's always complaining.

Jane : Well, I understand her because she's working so hard to support our family since my dad left us.
Sarah: Yeah, I understand her too! You're blessed to have a loving and hardworking mom.
