After completing a business degree from Rutgers University in May, I enrolled in a human resource development program to further enhance my credentials in the field. Course highlights include: Leadership in an Organizational Setting, Performance & Task Analysis in Human Resource Development,Technology in HR Settings.
Based on your description of the ideal candidate, I also offer:
A solid educational foundation in organizational development, employee training and development skills and knowledge of how to use technology to improve individual/organizational performance.

A track record of excellent performance as a part-time/summer employee concurrent with full-time college enrollment.

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "귀사의 HR 어시스턴트에 지원합니다"처럼 표현하기 때문에 전치사 'in'을 쓰기 쉽습니다. 하지만 영어 커버레터에서는 직책 뒤에 'position'을 붙이고, 회사 앞에는 'at'을 사용하는 것이 자연스럽고 격식 있는 표현입니다. 또한 'position'을 생략하면 사람 자체에 지원하는 것처럼 들릴 수 있으므로 반드시 포함하세요.
