Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
❌ I went to travel to Japan last summer.
✅ I traveled to Japan last summer.
한국어에서는 "여행을 가다"라고 표현하기 때문에 영어로도 "go to travel"이라고 직역하는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 영어에서 travel은 그 자체가 동사이므로 "I traveled to ~"로 쓰면 됩니다. "go on a trip to ~"도 자연스러운 대안 표현입니다.
