Korean Trap! /

Common mistakes Korean speakers make in exit interviews.

❌ My reason for leaving is because the salary is low.
✅ My reason for leaving is that the salary is low.

"The reason is because"는 이중 표현(redundancy)입니다. "The reason is that..." 또는 간단히 "I'm leaving because..."

❌ I want to resign because the company doesn't give me satisfaction.
✅ I want to resign because I'm not satisfied with the company.

영어에서는 사람이 주어가 되어 "I'm (not) satisfied with..."
