Importance of Interview:
· The interview is a useful and practical means for the potential employer to find the right person with the right skills, knowledge and experiences.
· It is the greatest opportunity for an applicant to elaborate further on the details of his qualifications
· It is when the applicant can ask questions regarding the details of the job, the company, it benefits and other interests.
· Speaking can be not the most important requirement for a job. However, communicating effectively about your qualifications is important. Also now that technology and change greatly affect us, communicating effectively at work regardless of position has becoming more and more
necessary.

한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "자격에 대해 설명하다"처럼 "~에 대해"를 자주 쓰지만, 영어에서 explain은 타동사이므로 바로 목적어를 씁니다. "explain about"은 면접에서 자주 나오는 대표적인 콩글리시 실수입니다. describe, mention, discuss도 마찬가지로 about 없이 목적어를 바로 연결하세요.
