What is the reason you left the organization?
Tell reasons that that would not seem selfish. For instance, do not complain about your frustration when you were not promoted or given a salary increase. You can tell reasons on a larger perspective. The causes can be due to industry-wide changes and organization conditions.
“The product of the company is becoming more and more outdated because of technology”
“ They were not that competitive compared to other players in the industry.”
“ They were not that committed to investment to achieve their targets”
“The company restructures its set-up…closing down…has been acquired by…”
It could also be because the organization is moving to another area or because of personal (but try not to sound selfish) or harassment reasons. say.
