What is your greatest accomplishment?
The answer can be as big as creating an idea that led to million savings of a company annually or as simple as finishing a degree from a university, raising a family or building a new house. However, the more you relate it to the work you are being considered for, the more chance you have to get the job.

한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "가장 큰 성과는 ~했다"처럼 주어+동사 형태로 말하는 것이 자연스럽지만, 영어에서 "My greatest accomplishment is..." 뒤에는 동명사(~ing)가 와야 합니다. "is" 다음에 바로 주어+동사절을 쓰면 문법적으로 어색하므로, 반드시 동명사 형태를 사용하세요.
성과나 업적을 이야기할 때는 이미 완료된 일이므로 과거 시제를 사용해야 합니다. 한국어는 시제 표현이 유연하여 "달성하다"로 현재형처럼 말해도 자연스럽지만, 영어에서는 "last year"와 같은 과거 시점 표현이 있으면 반드시 과거형 "achieved"를 써야 합니다.
