How did you hear about the position?
This question assesses the quality of your sources of information. If someone from the company informed you about the opening, especially if it is a manager of the organization, tell it. But if you don’t have direct connection with the employee, tell it, because it is very possible that the interviewer would approach the person and would be asked for comment about you.
