What do you understand about the job?
This is your chance to clarify things out. If you do have the information, say it confidently and briefly. If you have little or none at all, say it so. However, it is better to have less information than not to have it at all. But if you don’t have any information you should provide a sensible reason why are you interested about the job.

한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "이 직무에 대해 이해하기로는 마케팅 자리입니다"처럼 간단하게 말할 수 있지만, 영어에서는 "I understand about this job is..."처럼 직역하면 문법적으로 어색합니다. "From what I understand, ..." 또는 "My understanding is that ..."과 같은 자연스러운 표현을 사용해야 합니다. 또한 자신이 알고 있는 내용을 구체적으로 덧붙이면 면접관에게 훨씬 좋은 인상을 줄 수 있습니다.
