한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
❌ "That's all for my presentation. Thank you for listening my presentation."
✅ "That concludes my presentation. Thank you for your attention."
한국어로는 '제 발표를 들어주셔서 감사합니다'라고 직역해서 "Thank you for listening my presentation"이라고 하기 쉽습니다. 하지만 영어에서는 'listen'은 자동사이므로 목적어를 바로 쓸 수 없고, 프레젠테이션을 마무리할 때는 "Thank you for your attention" 또는 "Thank you for your time"처럼 간결하고 격식 있는 표현을 사용하는 것이 훨씬 자연스럽고 전문적입니다.
