한국어에서 '점수'를 영어로 옮길 때 'point'를 쓰는 경우가 많지만, 시험이나 퀴즈의 결과를 말할 때는 'score'가 올바른 표현입니다. 'Point'는 게임이나 경기에서 개별 득점 단위를 말할 때 사용합니다. "I got a high score on the quiz"처럼 'score'를 사용하세요.
