Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
❌ The meeting was very perfect.
✅ The meeting was absolutely perfect.
한국어에서는 "매우 완벽하다"라고 자연스럽게 말하지만, 영어에서 "perfect"같은 극한 형용사(extreme adjective)에는 "very"를 쓸 수 없습니다. 대신 "absolutely", "completely", "utterly" 같은 강한 강조어(strong intensifier)를 사용해야 합니다. 마찬가지로 "very excellent", "very enormous"도 틀린 표현이니 주의하세요.
