“I want to got to school,” said Kim. “I want to see Mike.” Mike is not Kim’s friend. Mike is a bird!
One day, the children were at school. It was very hot and the windows were open. A bird came into the school. The children gave it some food. Soon the bird was the children’s pet. They named it “Mike”.
Now they open a window each morning. The bird comes into the school. It stays all day. Mike likes being in school with the children.
