한국어 "이"는 단수/복수 구분이 없지만, 영어에서 가까이 있는 것을 가리킬 때 단수는 "this", 복수는 "these"를 사용합니다. 신발은 두 짝이므로 복수형 "these shoes"가 맞습니다.
