한국어로 '처리하다'는 한 단어지만, 영어에서 attend는 뒤에 오는 전치사에 따라 뜻이 완전히 달라집니다. "attend"만 쓰면 '참석하다'라는 뜻이고, "attend to"라고 해야 '처리하다, 돌보다'라는 뜻이 됩니다. 비즈니스 영어에서 전치사 하나가 의미를 완전히 바꾸므로, 동사와 전치사를 반드시 세트로 외우세요.
