Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.

❌ "We need to carry over this plan right away."
✅ "We need to carry through this plan right away."

한국어로 '이월하다'와 '실행하다'는 구분이 명확하지만, 영어에서는 carry over(다음으로 넘기다/이월하다)와 carry through(실행에 옮기다)를 혼동하기 쉽습니다. carry over는 '나중으로 미루거나 옮기는 것'이고, carry through는 '계획을 끝까지 실행하는 것'입니다. 문맥에 따라 정확히 구분해서 사용해야 합니다.
