overhead

fiscal year
A twelve-month period used by a company or government for accounting and financial reporting. 회계연도

stakeholder
A person or group that has an interest in or is affected by a company's decisions and performance. 이해관계자
The CEO held a meeting to address the concerns of all major stakeholders.
leverage
The use of borrowed money or existing resources to increase potential returns or gain an advantage. 레버리지, 차입 자본 활용; 영향력
The startup used leverage to expand rapidly, but it also increased their financial risk.
bottom line
The final profit or loss of a company; also used to mean the most important point or result. 최종 수익; 핵심 요점
Cutting unnecessary expenses had a positive impact on the company's bottom line.

한국어에서는 '계약을 하다'라고 표현하기 때문에 영어로 'make a contract'라고 직역하기 쉽습니다. 하지만 영어에서는 계약서에 서명하는 행위에 초점을 맞추어 'sign a contract'라고 표현합니다. 비즈니스 영어에서 매우 자주 쓰이는 표현이므로 반드시 기억하세요.
