Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어로 '일을 계속하다'를 영어로 옮길 때 carry out을 쓰는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 carry out은 '실행하다, 수행하다'라는 뜻이고, '계속하다'는 carry on (with)을 써야 합니다. 예를 들어 "carry out a plan"은 '계획을 실행하다'이고, "carry on with the plan"은 '계획을 계속 진행하다'입니다.
