a. Ask the student to create sentence using the phrases per step.

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어로는 "문제를 해결해 드리겠습니다"라고 직접적으로 말하지만, 영어 비즈니스 상황에서는 "solve your problem"이라고 하면 다소 직설적이고 어색하게 들립니다. 대신 "propose a solution," "offer an alternative," "be willing to~" 같은 정중한 표현을 사용해야 전문적으로 들립니다. TOEIC Speaking Part 5에서는 이런 공손한 비즈니스 표현이 높은 점수의 핵심입니다.
