At the end of the class, the student will be able to:

Answer the questions about what you read.

III. Procedure:
a. The teacher will ask the questions on page 18-19. The student would need to answer the question using complete sentence.
1st question: What would you most likely wear to a formal event at your school or place of work?
2nd question: If you were to buy a good friend clothes for a present, what would you select?
b. Practice answering the questions using the steps:
1. Begin your answer by paraphrasing the question.
2. Answer the question directly and don’t forget additional details.
c. The teacher will give additional wh questions and how questions about giving or buying presents and attending an event.
d. The teacher will ask the questions on page 19. The student would need to answer the question using complete sentence.

TOEIC Speaking Part 3에서는 일상적인 습관이나 루틴에 대한 질문이 자주 나옵니다. 한국어에서는 "저는 헬스장에 가요"처럼 주어 뒤에 바로 동사가 오는데, 영어에서도 마찬가지로 일반 현재 시제에서는 "am/is/are" 없이 동사 원형을 바로 씁니다. "I am + 동사원형"은 영어에서 틀린 문장이므로, 빠르게 응답할 때 습관적으로 "am"을 넣지 않도록 주의하세요.
