Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.

❌ "I think the picture is showing a man who is sit on the bench."
✅ "I think the picture shows a man sitting on a bench."

한국어는 '앉아 있는 남자'처럼 상태를 표현하지만, 영어에서는 현재분사(sitting)를 사용해야 합니다. 또한 'is showing'처럼 불필요한 진행형을 쓰는 실수도 자주 합니다. TOEIC Speaking에서 사진 묘사 시 "shows + 목적어 + ~ing" 패턴을 활용하면 자연스럽고 정확한 문장을 만들 수 있습니다.
