한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 '~해야 한다'를 영어로 옮길 때 무조건 'must'를 쓰는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 비즈니스 전화에서 조언이나 일반적인 원칙을 말할 때는 'should'가 훨씬 자연스럽고 부드럽습니다. 'Must'는 의무나 강제의 느낌이 강해서 상대방에게 지나치게 딱딱하게 들릴 수 있습니다.
