✅ "Hi Mr. Parker, this is Kim from accounting. Do you have a moment to discuss something?"
한국어에서는 "드릴 말씀이 있습니다"가 자연스럽지만, 영어로 직역하면 "I have something to say to you"는 불만이 있거나 따질 일이 있는 것처럼 들립니다. 또한 영어에서는 상사라도 "Boss"라고 직접 부르지 않고 이름이나 직함을 사용합니다. "Do you have a moment?"으로 시작하면 정중하고 자연스럽습니다.
