Korean Trap! / 한국인 실수 교정

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.

❌ "I will treat you same as you treat me."
✅ "I will treat you the same way I would like to be treated."

한국어에서는 '대접받고 싶은 대로 대접하라'는 표현이 자연스럽지만, 영어로 옮길 때 'the same way' 구문과 가정법 'would like to be treated'를 빠뜨리는 경우가 많습니다. Golden Rule을 표현할 때는 반드시 "the way I would like to be treated"라는 구조를 사용해야 자연스럽고 정확한 영어가 됩니다.
