❌ "I called to introduce our company's product."
✅ "I'm calling to introduce a solution that could help your team."
콜드콜에서 한국어 직역식으로 "우리 회사 제품을 소개하려고 전화했습니다"라고 하면 너무 직접적이고 판매 중심으로 들려서 상대방이 바로 거절하게 됩니다. 영어 콜드콜에서는 상대방의 필요에 초점을 맞춰 "a solution that could help your team"처럼 상대에게 도움이 되는 점을 먼저 언급하는 것이 효과적입니다.
