woman: Oh, and why is that?
man: As I understand it, your husband is quite good in doing home improvements well¡¦this house could use a little work, but in its sturdy condition. It's spacious, has an acre lot out back and is price at over 30% below market value
woman: Really? you peaked my interest.
man: Haha, I thought so. the owner to be perfectly frank, needs cash now and isn't willing to do the repair work that the house needs so he's really lowered the price.
woman: So give me a ball pack estimate of the investment potential we are talking about here.
man: with an outlay of about 5 thousand dollars in home improvements over the next two years. I think you'd be looking at a 30-40% return investment for the total cost of the home. So how's that strikes you?
woman: It strikes me as almost too good to be true.
