한국어로는 '환불해 주세요'라고 말하기 때문에 바로 'refund'를 쓰는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 아직 최종 결제 전이라면 'refund(환불)'가 아니라 'deduct the charges(요금을 차감하다)'가 정확한 표현입니다. 이미 결제를 완료한 후에만 'refund'를 사용하세요.
