WOMAN: Did you hear that the boss has installed software to monitor our internet activity?
MAN: I know that's been the rumor floating around but I didn't buy it. Are you sure?
WOMAN: I got it right from the horse's mouth!
MAN: Why would he go to those lengths to watch us? Are we really wasting so much time on the net?
WOMAN: I don't't know but big brother tactics are always counter productive.
MAN: What can we do to let the boss know that we're not playing along with this?
WOMAN: Let's start an office petition.
MAN: We're skating on thin ice. If everybody doesn't sign it, we'll be singled out as troublemakers.
WOMAN: I'll sniff around and find out which way the wind is blowing before

한국어에서는 '소프트웨어 하나'처럼 셀 수 있는 것으로 생각하기 쉽지만, 영어에서 software는 불가산 명사입니다. 따라서 앞에 a를 붙이지 않습니다. 마찬가지로 information, equipment, furniture 등도 a를 붙이지 않는 불가산 명사이므로 함께 기억해 두세요.
