- Have you ever misjudged someone as a "stick in the mud" at first, but later found out they were actually fun to be around?

I JUST HOPE HE DOESN'T TURN OUT TO BE A STICK IN THE MUDA: So what do you think about the new guy. He seems to be a bit of a stiff, don't you think?!
B: Well, yeah, he does seem to be a bit formal but he's the new kid in the block. That's to be expected.
A: I just hope he doesn't turn out to be a stick in the mud. I think we've got some good office camaraderie going on here. I like going out of bed and coming to work and I don't want anything to spoil that.
B: Perhaps, you should bring the initiative and bring the new guy into the fold. He just needs a little bit of friendliness extended to him. What's his name anyway?
A: Well, there you have it. Why don't you talk to him and invite him out to the Friday evening get together at the pub? That way we'll be sure to get a read on what he is about and you'll fell more comfortable.
B: Good idea. I'll do that right away.
Korean Trap! /
Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
