Man: What are you frowning at over there?
Woman: I'm just going over my bank account book here. it seems my checking account is overdrawn.I just got a call from the bank yesterday about it
Man: Really? Did you bounce the check or something?
Woman: Exactly!nothing big but I wrote a check at the grocery store for about 25 bucks and it came back to them. I think I might have forgotten to enter a check that I wrote last month in the booklet.
Man: Nah, I have done that before it's no big deal except that you have to pay the return check fee.
Woman: Sure, but I also don't want my credit rating to be affected. I am not too worried over this one overside, but it is a hassle and a tidbit embarassing to boot.
Man: That's true. but as long as you keep on your toes about about entering all the checks you write into the book, you should be alright
Woman: That's exactly the attitude i'm taking. No more oversides and definitely no more overdrawn accounts

❌ I wrote a check but it was bounced.
✅ I wrote a check but it bounced.
