Mrs. Kim missed her flight to Hong Kong due to heavy traffic.
She proceeded to the Customer Service (CS) Desk for assistance.
Mrs. Kim: Excuse me. Good afternoon. I just missed flight CX 904 bound
for Hong Kong. When is the next available flight?
CS Agent: Good afternoon ma’am. I’m sorry to hear that.
May I please see your ticket while I check the records
for our flight schedules?
Mrs. Kim: Of course!Here it is.
CS Agent: Thank you. We have another flight scheduled at 5:00 P.M. today.
Do you want to have your ticket rebooked?
Mrs. Kim: Yes, please. Are there any additional charges for this one?
CS Agent: There are no additional charges for flight re-bookings
under this airline, ma’am. Do you have any seat preference?
Mrs. Kim: I want to be seated near the window so I can have
a better view outside.
CS Agent: Certainly, ma’am. Here is your ticket going to Hong Kong via CX 900
scheduled at 5:00 P.M. today. Estimated time of arrival is at 7:00
tonight. Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
Mrs. Kim: That would be all. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
CS Agent: You’re welcome.
