A survey once done in North America told that businessmen belonging to
smaller companies were more satisfied about their job than the ones in
large companies, and workers who were dissatisfied with their work were
complaining because the job was too easy for them. In other words,
employees want their skills to be used to as fullest as potential as possible.
It is uncertain whether the smaller companies require each employee to use
more of their skills, but it is clear that everyone wants to be challenged in
their work and be appreciated for the abilities they have.

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.
한국인이 자주 하는 실수를 알아봅시다.
한국어에서는 "다음에 해야 할 일은 홍보하는 것이다"처럼 자연스럽게 연결되지만, 영어에서 "What ~ is" 다음에 to부정사가 올 때는 반드시 "to"를 넣어야 합니다. 주어 자리의 what절에 "to do"가 있으므로, 보어 자리에도 "to + 동사원형"으로 맞춰 주는 것이 올바른 문법입니다.
