camera and/or a cellular phone with a camera. This phenomenon has raised
the issue of privacy.

과거에 이미 일어난 일에 대한 후회를 표현할 때는 'wish + had + 과거분사(p.p.)'를 사용해야 합니다. 한국어로는 둘 다 "~하지 않았더라면"으로 해석되기 때문에 단순 과거형을 쓰는 실수가 많습니다. "그 싸구려 디지털 카메라를 사지 않았더라면 좋았을 텐데"라고 말하려면 반드시 hadn't bought를 사용하세요.
