Unit 3-3 / Part 1
If we pool our ideas together, we may find a better solution. Don't you agree?
pool something together
If we pool our ideas together, we might be able to create a new concept.
If we pool our ideas together, we might be able to make a better decision.
If we pool our ideas together, eventually we can make the matter settled sooner.
Even though we pool our ideas together, we may not find a better solution.
be able to ~할 수 있다
What is the advantage if a group of people pool their ideas?
What is the disadvantage if mass people pooled their ideas about one issue?
Unit 3-3 / Part 2
A survey once done in North America told that businessmen belonging to
smaller companies were more satisfied about their job than the ones in
large companies, and workers who were dissatisfied with their work were
complaining because the job was too easy for them. In other words,
employees want their skills to be used to as fullest as potential as possible.
It is uncertain whether the smaller companies require each employee to use
more of their skills, but it is clear that everyone wants to be challenged in
their work and be appreciated for the abilities they have.

Korean Trap! /

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.

❌ If we pool our ideas together, we can make a good solve.
✅ If we pool our ideas together, we can find a good solution.

또한 해결책은 'make'가 아니라 'find a solution' 또는 'come up with a solution'으로 표현하는 것이 자연스럽습니다.

❌ Let's gather our ideas together and discuss.
✅ Let's pool our ideas together and discuss.
