Unit 3-7 / Part 2
Due to the 9/11 attacks on the U.S. and the invasion of Iraq, the world is
now extremely alerted in response to terrorists’ threats. Although the U.S.
seems to be the main target of the terrorists, that doesn't mean her allies
are safe from these attacks. Recently in Russia, terrorists held schools
hostages and killed hundreds of innocent children.

Korean Trap! /

Common mistakes Korean speakers make.

❌ People were reassured to see the safety measures after the 9/11 attack.
✅ People were reassured to see the safety measures put in place after the 9/11 attacks.
